TUCEP – Tiber Umbria Comett Education Programme is a association between eleven Italian Universities and Enterprises created in 1992 under a former Comett project.
The main activity of TUCEP is the organization and management of training courses at national and European levels. TUCEP has coordinated many projects under Tempus, Socrates, Leonardo and was also responsible for the management of research programs.
In the past it was the coordinator of projects related to Lifelong Learning Programmes, to Minerva and Grundtvig. The Association is also experienced in workshops and meetings’ organisation and it is connected to an European network of training centres and Universities.
The efficiency of the methods used in its working and quality management system have been awarded, in 2002, by a quality certification under the standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000, issued by CERTIQUALITY.
Since 2003 TUCEP is an accredited body by the Umbria Region to provide higher, lifelong training activities.

Our Team
Gianluca Rossi
President and Legal representative of Tiber Umbria Comett Education Programme. He is Full Professor in Mechanical and thermal measurements at Engineering Department at University of Perugia. He is President of the BA in Mechanical Engineering at University of Perugia; and member of the scientific board of the PhD course in Mechanical and Thermal Measurements, at University of Padova. He was Visiting Professor at the Von Karman Institute, Rhode Saint Genese, Belgium, from January 2012 to June 2013.
Dr. Maria Brizi
Director of Tiber Umbria Comett Education Programme, degree in Business Economics at the University of Perugia (Italy). Since 2003 she is qualified as Commerce graduate and Auditor. Since 2001 she is an “Internal Quality Auditor” and since 2004 she is “Auditor/Lead Auditor”, both titles earned after having attended the CEPAS courses held by the DNV Knowledge Institute s.r.l. (ITALY). In 2007 she earned the professional title of “Evaluator of environmental management systems” after a qualified course AICQ-SICEV held by Certiquality. She has more than 15 years experience in National and Transnational project’s design. Project Management and Coordination under LLP KA1 ECET, KA4 Dissemination and Exploitation, Comenius, Grudtvig, Erasmus + Programme. Business consulting in the areas of quality and evaluation, strategic planning and internationalization.
Mrs. Debora Ercoli
Senior officer more than 20 years in charge of managing ESF projects and the relations with companies and adult learning centers at regional, national and transnational. Experienced in European Project Management and financial and reporting control under LLP KA1 ECET, KA4 Dissemination and Exploitation, Comenius, Grudtvig, Erasmus + Programme.
Dr. Chiara Marchetta
Degree in Communication Sciences at the University of Siena (2006). Since 2007 she is qualified as Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor. Since 2005, within non-profit organizations, she deals with the design and management of national, regional and local project (for example ESF) in the field of learning, social and cultural policies. Since early 2011 she collaborates with the TUCEP in grant writing and management of European projects (LLP, FP7, Youth in Action, ERASMUS+ and HORIZON 2020 programmes).
Mrs. Catia Trinari
Senior officer with more than 15 years experience managing financial procedures and European projects under LLP KA1 ECET, KA4 Dissemination and Exploitation, Comenius, Grudtvig, mobility, pilot, transfer of innovation and other. In charge of drafting and financial reports. Project monitoring, external evaluator experience under Comenius Regio Programme at LLP Italian National Agency.
